  Avoid this store - Dishonent staff and fake return promises Complete scam. The sales assistant here was incredibly pushy. When I hesitated, she gave me a terrible attitude and flat-out lied, promising that if I didn't like the glasses, I could return them used to any Sunglass Hut in the UK. This is completely false. I live in Dorset and had to drive 1-2 hours to stores in Bristol and Southampton, and all of them refused the return. To make it worse, driving back to the original London store is a 4-5 hour trip. I have tried calling the Oxford Street store 5 times over the last three weeks to resolve this, and they never answer the phone. Absolutely shocking customer service. Save yourself the headache and buy directly from the official brand stores (like Ray-Ban, Oakley, or Meta) instead of dealing with Sunglass Hut. This place needs to shut down.

  Do not go to this store , happy to sell you glasses , but as we found out if there’s something not right about them , they argue with yyou and say you must of damaged them .( which we most definitely did not ). Manager was very rude In the oxford street shop. Would never go there again . My wife was very upset and started to cry .

  Went in to find my style of glasses and was ready to purchase however wasn’t able to find anything. As I left the shop the security guard screams “you’re final leaving” which is so disrespectful and rude, there was no one in the shop anyway. Whether I am a buying customer or just browsing you should have the same respect. I was in there for 10 MINUTES….

  In fact it is really 4.5 because the options for the sunglass I was looking for were not of my preference until I found one that I liked. Unfortunately the one I liked was not in stock and the only one available was the tester. The person who attended us solved the inconvenient by getting sure the glasses were not damaged and sold then to me with a discount that I gladly accepted. This kind of service is commendable and that is what made me give 4.5 stars. Not the variety of models but the quality of service.
